I've got a bunch of new CDs I want to review, but I haven't had the time (Tortoise/Bonnie 'Prince' Billy, A Band of Horses, Kelley Stoltz and The Good Listeners along with a few others). Until then, here are some music picks for tonight.

The Advantage @ the Echo [$10] - For the video game dorks. These guys cover 8-bit Nintendo game songs with a full band (guitar, drums and bass). One of the members is from the band Hella (Spencer Seim).

High on Fire @ Troubadour [$18] - For the wycked metal fans. This is some dark, scary metal for you stoners.
