I caught the Henry Clay People, Apex Manor and Shadow Shadow Shade show at the Satellite on Friday night. Ton of fun. The Henry Clay People played a lot of new songs. Apex Manor played their last LA show for a while with a full band.Great night.

Live Music Options: 5/9/11 - 5/15/11


I saw a really good show last Wednesday at the Echo - Charles Bradley. Old guy can't dance, but he was willing to throw his 63 year old body into the crowd. Such a soulful voice. I also caught Blue Blood at the Satellite on Tuesday. They've only played four shows as a band, but are already impressive.
