Massive Attack / MNDR / Martina Topley Bird @ The Wiltern (Sold Out) – I haven’t listened to Massive Attack since the 1990s, but those first few albums were good.

[Recommended] Broken Bells / The Morning Benders @ The Music Box (Sold Out) – The record’s a little dull, but it’s still James Mercer and Danger Mouse.
[Recommended] Roky Erickson with Okkervil River @ Center for the Arts in Eagle Rock (Free) – This is a free kids show at 3:30 PM. Adults must have a kid with them.
[Recommended] Horse Feathers / Dawn Landes / Liz Pappademas @ Bootleg ($10) – Nice, rural sounds.
[Recommended] Sara Radle / Andrew Lynch / Correatown / C-Horse @ Spaceland ($5) – Talented local lineup. Radle has played with The Rentals and The Waking Sleep, Lynch has collaborated with Earlimart and Angela Corea’s a talented singer-songwriter.
[Recommended] Henry Wolfe & Farmer Dave Scher / Jenny O @ Hoel Café – I like Farmer Dave, but not familiar with the rest.
Alex Chilton Tribute @ Redwood – Not familiar with most of the artists performing, but I love Chilton.
