Where did the year go? Solid week of shows and lots of holiday celebrations...

Monday 12/6/10
[Pick of the Night] The Greenhornes / Hacienda @ Troubadour ($15) – I always liked the Greenhornes, but haven’t heard the new record. This is their first full length in eight years. Maybe Jack Lawrence and Patrick Keeler got too used to touring in style with the Raconteurs?

[Recommended] Sweaters / Big Search / Bowery Beasts / Whispering Pines @ The Satellite [f/k/a Spaceland] (Free) – Sweaters are doing the Monday night residency in December.
IO Echo / Haim / White Arrows @ The Echo (Free) – Iamsound is curing the Monday night residency at the Echo this month. The poster promises “Special Guests.”
The Chances / Kissing Cousins / Summer Twins / Strelka @ Silverlake Lounge (Free) – The Chances are doing the Monday night residency (and this is their first show I believe). The band features Michael Runion from the Elected.
