[Pick of the Night] The Henry Clay People / The Broken West / The World Record / Writer @ Spaceland (Free) – They got to capacity early last week and there was a line all night. This is my favorite night for support bands.
[Recommended] Vetiver / Richard Swift @ Eagle Rock Center for the Arts ($12) – I’m a big Richard Swift fan. I wish this was any other night than Monday. The Broken West / World Record at the Henry Clay People’s residency is too tempting.
Fool’s Gold / Glasser / Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros / Sweaters @ The Echo (Free) – Fool’s Gold is doing the Monday night residency at the Echo. I’ve heard good things about Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros.
