I finally caught Grouplove this Friday at the Satellite. A lot of catchy tunes, but a little schizophrenic. I'm sure they'll continue to do well though. This week's kinda weak (although there are two shows I'd like to see on Friday). The Greek and Bowl are finally starting to heat up, but Adele had to cancel her shows at the Greek and Palladium...

Tame Impala's one of the biggest buzz bands right now (good psychedelic music from Australia). Gary Wilson was name checked in Beck's biggest hit, "Like my man Gary Wilson." And it's free.

[Recommended] Line and Circle / The Minor Canon / HT Heartache / Wet & Reckless @ Silverlake Lounge (Free) - Another very solid night of free music. The Minor Canon's one of my favorite local bands. Wet & Reckless is the relatively new band featuring Jess from the Movies.
