Monday 3/17/08
[Recommended] Explosions in the Sky / Lichens @ the Wiltern ($17) – Explosions in the Sky is a great instrumental band. I’ve enjoyed hearing their music in Friday Night Lights (the film and the show).
[Recommended] Neon Neon / Oppenheimer / Jim Noir @ Viper Room ($10 or free with RSVP to Viper Room) – Neon Neon is Gruff Ryhs of Super Furry Animals and Boom Bip. Download Oppenheimer’s “Straight Out of Comp’in
