Division Day / Eulogies / The Mae Shi / DJs Todd & Sylvia @ the Echo ($8) – This is where I'll be. This is the CD Release Party for Division Day’s Beartrap Island which comes out today on Eenie Meenie. The record was released last year in a very limited quantity and only available locally. It made my top 10 list for local artists. In addition to being a really good band, they're some of the nicest guys around. In anticipation of the release Division Day's been releasing a special non-album track each week. Download them below. Eulogies is Peter Walker's new band. He liked the backing band on his last tour so much, he formed a band with them. Todd & Sylvia from Sinking with Sylvia (and Sometimes Todd) on Little Radio and formerly the sometimes friendly faces at Sea Level will be playing records around the bands.
