The Submarines have a solid new album out on Nettwerk records. It features boy/girl call and response lyrics about relationships.

Mew @ Troubadour (Sold Out) – Their new album is interesting. It’s one of those records that’s different enough that you can’t decide if you like it or not at first. It’s pretty prog-gy but then it will shock you with guest vocals from J. Mascis.
