The Deadly Syndrome Have an Album Release Party on Saturday


Saturday's Happenings:
The Deadly Syndrome / The Morning Benders @ the Echo (Free for over 21 / $5 under 21) – This is the album release party for the Deadly Syndrome. Their debut album comes out Tuesday on Dim Mak. The start times look pretty early. There's a special guest slated for 8:00PM.

Lucinda Williams @ El Rey (Sold Out) – This is where I’ll be. Tonight she performs my favorite album from her, 1998’s Car Wheels on a Gravel Road

Dinosaur Jr. / Band of Horses @ the Wiltern ($23.50) – I’m a huge fan of both of these bands. If only I liked the Wiltern a little more…..

Daryl Hall & John Oates @ Hollywood Bowl ($9-49) – One night just isn’t enough.
Bebel Gilberto @ Avalon ($30) – British songstress.

Butch Walker @ Troubadour (Sold Out)

Listing Ship / Adeline @ Tribal Café (Free) [1651 Temple St.]

Jon Brion @ Largo ($10 – but get there early) – He hates technology.

Cracker Camper Van Beethoven Campout: Cracker / Gram Rabbit / Jason Molina @ Pappy and Harriet’s in Pioneertown – Joshua Tree is great.

Underworld / Paul Oakenfold @ Hollywood Bowl ($33) – It’s not sold out yet.
