Saturday Looks Good To Me Play Spaceland Tonight

I checked out Spaceland last night. Dandi Wind was on stage. Wow. That was some outfit and some performance. I'll leave it at that. The Young Knives finally resolved their visa issues and played a show. Unfortunately their energy was (understandably) a little muted. "We've been up for 24 straight hours. Sleep is for losers." They had a good sense of humor (the bass player's name is House of Lords) and were likeable guys. They've got a post-punk, Gang of Four influenced sound. They're headed to SXSW next week.
