Liar!! I watched it on DVD just this past Saturday!
to clarify - Phantasm is out of print on DVD. it was released in 1999 and some of your finer neighborhood video stores (like Video Journeys in Los Feliz) still have copies available for rental. based on the fact that netflix doesn't have it, i wrongly assumed it wasn't available.
